Professional realism and clear provenance should work together. Dr. Headshot adds machine-readable AI-origin information to generated image files and gives organizations practical guidance for transparent use.
EU AI Act readiness
Article 50 transparency obligations apply from 2 August 2026. The European Commission published final guidance and a voluntary code of practice in July 2026. Existing generative systems may benefit from a transition for provider-side marking until 2 December 2026.
Our headshots are designed to fit naturally alongside traditional studio photography while preserving each employee’s recognizable appearance. We do not treat realism as a reason to hide how an image was made.
Generated files include machine-readable fields identifying the AI origin, Dr. Headshot, the source URL, a metadata version, and the IPTC digital-source type for trained algorithmic media. These fields do not visibly alter the image and are not a claim of C2PA Content Credentials certification.
Metadata can be removed by editing tools, social networks, compression, screenshots, or file conversion. Machine-readable marking supports transparency, but it does not replace visible disclosure when disclosure is legally required or contextually appropriate.
